Dope dyed polypropylene (PP) yarn and high tenacity polypropylene PP filament yarn are our main products, but not are limited to PP Flat yarn (both Normal Tenacity and High Tenacity), PP Anti-aging yarn, Twisting Hollow PP yarn, PP Fluorescent yarn, PP Luminous yarn, PP Flame-retardant yarn, PP Profiled yarn, etc. The linear density of our untwisted PP yarn products ranges from 150D to 3000D, the annual output is 60000Tons which can meet most of customer’s requirements for polypropylene (PP) yarn.
Polypropylene PP multifilament yarn has a special molecular structure without polar groups which is a full hydrocarbon, acid and alkali resistance. The performance of PP yarn is particularly outstanding resistance with alkalis and various salts at room temperature or higher temperature. At normal temperature, it is resistant to almost all inorganic and organic acids.
Polypropylene filament needle-punched geotextile is the lightest material among synthetic fibers. Because of its light density, the number of fibers in a unit area and the same weight will increase. The thickness is thicker than other needle-punched geotextiles but the strength is higher. Under the same strong conditions, the coverage area is larger. At room temperature, its density is only 0.91g/㎡. Since there is a tertiary carbon atom on the polypropylene macromolecule, the covalent bond between carbon and hydrogen is a polar covalent bond. Under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, the electron on the hydrogen atom that forms the covalent bond will be free without atomic control then geotextiles will age. Adding stabilizers can inhibit the chain reaction of oxidation and photochemical degradation. Adding antioxidants and ultraviolet absorbers can meet the requirements of engineering anti-aging performance. After 3 months of exposure to the sun, the strong protection rate is still greater than 70%. In addition, polypropylene spunbond needle-punched geotextiles have good performance without water absorbed. They can better strengthen, protect, isolate, filter and drain in the project.
Polypropylene PP staple fiber is stable with chemical properties, resistant to strong acid and alkali, excellent dispersion and no clumping which effectively guarantees its anti-cracking performance; higher strength and elastic modulus are conducive to the mechanical properties of concrete; cement surface has strong binding force, and the hydrophilic treatment is good for hanging dust and improving the strength. The enhancement function of concrete by Proplypropylene PP staple fiber is mainly manifested in preventing the shrinkage cracks of mortar and concrete; improving the degeneration and toughness of concrete; enhancing the anti-seepage and anti-cracking performance; improving the impact strength of the wall; improving the peeling resistance and abrasion resistance; improving the impermeability resistant and freeze-thaw properties; strengthen the function of reinforcing bars; prevent dry cracking of mortar and prevent crack propagation.
Polypropylene PP staple fiber can be used in anti-cracking putty powder, thermal insulation mortar, concrete, construction engineering layer, wall, floor, pool, basement, and access bridge engineering. It can well improve the crack resistance, fire resistance, impact resistance, flexural resistance, fatigue resistance, aging resistance, permeability resistance, impact resistance, frost resistance, explosion resistance and improvement of mortar/concrete workability of concrete. Tens of millions of Polypropylene PP staple fibers are evenly distributed in the mortar/concrete, playing a very good role of micro-reinforcement, so that the integrity of the structure is well maintained and the structure is prevented from being scattered into many fragments when the structure is damaged by impact. The corrosion of steel bars in the structure can greatly extend the service life of the project and reduce the maintenance cost of the project.
